Redlining
The Redlining tool can be used to add markups to the map. Markups are useful for sharing information with someone at another location or saving information for later.

Create Point |
Enables users to create a point markup in the map. |

Create Line |
Enables users to create a line markup in the map. |

Create Polygon |
Enables users to create a polygon markup in the map. |

Edit Attributes |
Enables users to select a markup and display the attributes for editing. |

Delete Feature |
Enables users to select and remove a markup from the map. |

Close |
Closes the redlining toolbar. |
- Select the to bring up the Redlining toolbar.
- Select the:
to create a point markup.
to create a line markup.
to create a polygon markup.
- Begin editing.
For a point, select a location in the map.
For a line, select a location in the map to begin the line.
Select another location to finish a section of the line and start a new section.
Alternatively, select and drag to free form draw the line.
Double-click to end the line.
For a polygon, click a location in the map to begin a side of the polygon.
Then, select another location to end a side and start a new side.
Alternatively, select and drag to free form draw the sides of the polygon.
Double-click to end the polygon and automatically complete it.

The attribute dialog opens up for the new markup:
- Fill out the desired attributes and select Save.
- Select the .

Select a location on the markup in the map.
- Select Yes. The markup is deleted.
- Select on the toolbar.
- Select a markup in the map.

The attribute dialog appears displaying the data for the markup.
- Edit the attributes as desired and select Save.
Note: The Redlining tool must be closed before other map drawing tools are opened.
